If access cannot be obtained at the scheduled time through no fault of ours, you may be charged a call-out fee covering our staff's time and travel costs.
8. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances change. For cancellations or rescheduling requests, we ask for at least 24 hours notice where possible. This allows us to adjust our schedule and potentially accommodate other clients.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50 percent of the scheduled service cost, covering our team's preparation and travel time.
In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
9. Service Modifications
If you wish to modify the scope of a scheduled service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which we will discuss with you before proceeding.

Service quality standards apply to work completed according to the agreed scope. Additional or specialty services not included in your agreement are subject to separate arrangement.
11. Service Continuity and Maintenance
While we aim to provide consistent service with the same team members when possible, we cannot guarantee specific personnel for each visit. All our staff are trained to our standards and capable of delivering quality service.
Occasionally, scheduled maintenance, training, or unforeseen circumstances may affect service availability. We will provide advance notice of any planned service interruptions and work to minimize disruption.
12. Geographic Coverage
Our services are primarily available throughout London and immediately surrounding areas. Service availability in specific locations depends on our scheduling capacity and travel considerations.
For properties outside our standard service area, we may require a travel surcharge or minimum service commitment. Please enquire about service availability for your specific location.
